Clinical Psychology
Real strength isn't about carrying the weight until you break; it’s having the courage to set it down and accept help when you need it. Whether at work, in your family, or out in the community, I know the quiet weight that comes with always being the 'reliable one'. I provide a space where you don’t have to 'have it all together.' As a Clinical Psychologist who has worked on the front line, I offer a down-to-earth and realistic approach, helping you move beyond 'just getting through the week' to restoring your energy and finding genuine joy in your life again.

Areas of Practice
Work Stress & Burnout
Moving beyond 'just getting through the week' to actively restoring your mental energy and reclaiming a sense of purpose and joy again.
First Responders & Veterans
Culturally informed care for Police, Fire, Paramedics, and ADF. I speak the language of the front line and understand the nuances of trauma, moral injury, & hyper-vigilance.
Work Cover
Not just for first responders, I work with people from all backgrounds who have experienced work stress, bullying, critical incidents, or harassment.
Psychological Injuries
Care for mood, adjustment disorders and other mental health conditions stemming from workplace stress or conflict.
Vicarious Trauma/PTSD
Helping you navigate the heavy echoes of what you’ve witnessed or experienced so you can feel safe in your own mind again.
Career Transition
Navigating the identity shift when leaving high-intensity roles (Military, First Responders, Frontline Workers) and transitioning into new work.
Evidenced Based Therapy
I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
For first responders, veterans and others who have witnessed/experienced a traumatic event.
Anxiety/Depression
Evidence-based care for mood disorders that respects your life experience, and focuses on practical, & sustainable strategies.
Recovering from Injury
Recovering from a career-altering injury or a life setback is as much a mental as it is a physical challenge. We build the mental resilience to come back stronger.
Family Support
Supportive counselling to partners and family members of veterans and first responders to help manage the emotional impact of these roles on the family unit.
Secondary Psychological Injuries:
Care for mental health struggles (e.g., chronic pain distress) resulting from a primary physical injury.
A Shared Understanding
I didn’t learn about resilience only from textbooks. My early career was spent on the front line of rural and remote Policing and Child Protection, navigating the 'sharp end' of human crisis. I’ve seen firsthand the toll that holding everyone else’s world together can take on a person’s mind—whether that’s on the front lines or in the high-pressure demands of daily life and demanding careers.
While much of my experience has been in the culture of first responders, I’ve seen firsthand the toll that holding everyone else’s world together can take on a person’s mind —regardless of their specific job. Whether you’re a veteran, a worker recovering from injury, or simply someone exhausted by the 'mental load' of life, I get it. I’ve been there, and I’m here to help you move past just surviving to finally finding your footing again.
