My Approach

I believe supervision is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership. My approach is warm, authentic, and deeply practical, moving beyond theory to focus on the 'how-to' of clinical work. Drawing on my background as a first responder, I understand the pressure of high-stakes environments and the toll of burnout.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest about your challenges, explore complex cases, and even sit with the 'mistakes' that are inevitable in our growth. My goal is to help you build not just your clinical competency, but a quiet, grounded confidence in your own professional voice.

Australia Wide via Telehealth

I believe supervision should be a resource that sustains you, not another task that drains you. By meeting online, I provide high-level clinical support, including after hours and weekends, so that it fits seamlessly into your professional life - no matter how demanding your caseload is.
Your Clinical Sanctuary: Reflect and decompress from your own office or a quiet space at home.
Professional Privacy: Online sessions ensure a neutral, confidential space outside of your immediate organisation.
Australia-Wide: Access specialised support whether you’re in a city clinic or a remote rural practice
