Masterclass Topics

  • Competition Mindset: Learn how to turn show-day nerves into sharp focus before entering the ring.

  • Recovering After a Fall or Setback: Getting back in the saddle after a fright or injury takes patience and the right approach. We focus on resetting fear responses, rebuilding trust with your horse, and taking steady steps forward.

  • Building Confidence: Confidence isn't something you either have or don't. It is a skill you practice. You will learn simple methods to quiet self-doubt and ride with clear intention.

  • Peak Performance Skills When you are competing at a high level, small mental adjustments make a big difference. This class covers practical goal setting, visualisation, and executing your plan when the stakes are high.

  • Teen Riders & Young Athletes Riding as a teenager brings a lot of pressure from school, peers, and competition. We help young riders manage high expectations, handle mistakes constructively, and keep riding fun.

  • Rider Wellbeing & Burnout Prevention Equestrians routinely put their horse's needs ahead of their own. We discuss practical ways to manage fatigue, handle stress, and maintain a healthy balance in and out of the saddle.

  • Team & Club Dynamics Good team spirit takes conscious effort. Designed for school teams or Pony Clubs this session helps riders communicate clearly and support each other through the highs and lows of training.
