Facilitated and led by experienced Performance Psychologist Deena Cooper, who deeply understands the unique challenges of the sport, because she lives them!

Groups are a great way to connect with other riders with similar goals and who are committed to building a better mindset alongside you.

Groups require no ongoing commitments - register only for those sessions you can attend.

Why Join a Group Session?

Learning mental skills alongside others offers a dynamic that one-on-one coaching simply can't replicate. It’s about building a collective toolkit while finding your "herd."

  • Shared Experience: There is immense power in hearing another rider describe a feeling you thought was yours alone. Learning from each other’s progress and setbacks creates a catalyst for deep, lasting change.

  • Interactive & Practical: These aren’t dry, academic lectures. We dive into hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and activities designed to be applied the moment you get back to the stable.

  • Cost-Effective Support: I am passionate about making high-level professional psychology accessible. Group sessions allow you to receive expert guidance at a more approachable price point.

Who These Sessions Are For?

Whether you are aiming for all the ribbons or simply want to feel more confident on a weekend trail ride, there is a seat at the table for you. In my experience, groups work best for:

  • Teens & Adults of all ages and stages.

  • Non-Pros & Amateurs looking to bridge the gap between their technical skills and mental resilience.

  • Recreational Riders who want to rediscover the joy and calm in their riding.

  • Teams & Clubs wishing to strengthen their collective mindset and culture.

The Power of 3 to 5

To maintain the highest quality of support, my groups are intentionally small - never smaller than three and never larger than five participants. This "sweet spot" ensures you never get lost in the crowd. With a minimum of three, there is enough shared wisdom and varied perspective to spark "aha!" moments. By capping the group at five, I can ensure the environment remains personal. You receive the focused individual attention you need to work through your specific mental blocks, while still benefiting from the profound encouragement and shared experiences of your fellow riders.

It is a space where you are seen, heard, and supported in equal measure.

Investing in Your Mindset, Together

It's important to me that professional psychological tools are accessible for every rider at every level. By choosing a group session, you gain access to pro-level performance coaching for just $90 per hour per rider—a significant saving compared to the $230 investment required for individual sessions. Beyond the affordability, there is a unique clinical and emotional advantage to the group format: the power of a shared experience. It’s an investment in your skills, your budget, and access to a unique and committed  support network.
